Welcome to Donut Times (donuttimes.com). By using this website or buying from our shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Donut Times

Donut Times is a free, fun online magazine with cartoons, stories, polls and contests, and a shop with Donut Times T-shirts and door posters.

2. Orders and prices

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Some items cost a little more in bigger sizes; the exact price is shown when you choose a size.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
• Product colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Donut Times never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. They are part of these Terms.

5. Polls, contests and giveaways

• Voting in the Dressing or Stuffing poll is free and takes one click. One vote per person.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win any Donut Times giveaway. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
• Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
• Current giveaway: 3 winners will each receive a personalized Donut Times T-shirt with their name on it. Winners are drawn at random on December 15, 2026 from all entries received by December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM, and are contacted by email. If a winner does not reply within 14 days, another winner may be drawn.
• Christmas Club membership is free. Gifts such as the Donut Times Fun Calendar are available while supplies last.

6. Your submissions

When you send us something (for example what you are thankful for, a recipe or a message), you confirm it is your own and you allow Donut Times to publish it in the magazine or on the website with your first name. We will never publish your email address.

7. Our artwork

All Donut Times artwork, characters (including Jive Santa and Jive Turkey), text and designs belong to Donut Times. Please do not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing links to our pages is always welcome.

8. Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, try to break into it, or send spam or harmful content. We may block anyone who does.

9. Limitation of liability

The website and magazine are provided "as is" for fun. To the extent allowed by law, Donut Times is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
